PROJECT OVERVIEW
Home to the Lady Eagles, Decatur High School partnered with Sports Field Solutions to renovate their softball infield. The Eagle's softball field batter's box, catcher's box, and pitching mound were areas that experienced noticeable wear and sagging. The removal and reinstallation of new clay bricks was necessary to ensure proper field measurements, grade, and player safety.
SCOPE
PROBLEM
Sports Field Solutions mobilized to Decatur High School and performed the following work:
1. Preserve existing irrigation
2. Lasergrade infield area.
3. Excavate pitchers mound and home plate areas.
4. Provide and install new clay bricks at pitcher's mound and home plate areas.
5. Provide and install new pitching rubber.
6. Provide and install one new home plate.
7. Drag field.
